Take a walk through Casco Viejo (the old town) on a summer evening and chances are you will spontaneously encounter a street orchestra. Or else go eat pintxos (the Basque name for tapas) in the always lively Plaza Nueva. And of course, don’t miss a visit to the Guggenheim Museum.
